True North Cloud Services will be performing routine maintenance to the customer-facing shared XenApp licensing server infrastructure. The shared XenApp licensing server infrastructure will be temporarily unavailable in all facilities and locations starting Saturday, November 3rd at 10:00PM PST and ending by Sunday, November 4th at 2:00AM PST.

Legacy Citrix Access Gateways may be unable to provide users with a license within this time frame.
NetScalers should not be impacted by this event.
Users attempting to utilize XenApp may receive a license server warning during this time frame.

No impact to VM operations is expected.

This maintenance pertains to all facilities and locations.
