Monitoring - True North Managed Services and Solutions teams are verifying all functionality of individual VM's that were impacting by the virtual infrastructure host anomaly. Cloud Services is placing this incident into the "Monitoring" status now. We will update the incident once we have VM and service verification from all teams.

Identified - True North Cloud Services has identified an issue with a single virtual infrastructure host in the Las Vegas facility. Any virtual machines on that host were reset and available on functioning hosts within 90 seconds. .

Identified - An issue was identified with an upstream provider outside of True North Cloud Services control. That upstream provider has informed us that they have corrected their issue and we have verified that connectivity is operating as expected. We are moving this incident into the "Monitoring" status.
