True North Cloud Services has received advanced warning that our Data Center provider will be performing routine maintenance to their core routing devices starting Thursday, November 15th, 2018 at 00:00 PDT and ending by Thursday, November 15th, 2018 at 04:00 PDT.
All traffic will be transitioned in a stateful manner to and from primary and secondary routing devices during this window. Sub optimal routing may occur during these transitions.
-------- The Notice from our Data Center provider is as follows: "During this maintenance we will be upgrading software code on the router, per the manufacturer's recommendations, to improve network reliability. The expected downtime is 45 minutes. If you have redundant circuits, you should not experience any downtime. "
*True North does utilize redundant circuits. --------
No impact to virtual machine operations is expected. This maintenance does not impact customers with private circuits.
